Kyle Secor was born in Tacoma, WA, and grew up in the small town of Federal Way, WA. He
became interested in acting at a young age while performing in school plays, and after his graduation from high school,
he planned to go off to study in England. Prior to leaving for England, however, Secor went to California to visit his
brother. While there, he began acting in plays, caught the attention of a couple of agents and, in 1987, was cast in
the popular NBC daytime drama "Santa Barbara."
Before landing the role of Bayliss on "Homicide," Secor amassed an impressive
list of feature film and television credits. His feature films include "Sleeping with the Enemy," "City Slickers," "The Doctor,"
"Heart of Dixie," "Hothouse," "Baboon Heart" and "Drop Zone."
His TV credits include NBC's "In the Line of Duty: Standoff
at Marion" and "Inherit the Wind" with Jason Robards and Kirk Douglas. He also had a recurring role on the award-winning
"St. Elsewhere" and guest-starred on "Eerie, Indiana," "Middle Ages" and "Tales from the Crypt." He recently completed
production on "Beauty's Revenge," an NBC movie with Courtney Thorne-Smith and Tracey Gold.

include "Antony and Cleopatra," "The Lion in Winter," "A Comedy of Errors," "Charley's Aunt," "Equus" and "Cat on a
Hot Tin Roof."
An avid outdoorsman, Secor is single and divides his time between Baltimore and Los Angeles.
